It's a great launching off place for you to start your experiment to regain your good health. For option #1, the Basic Paleo Diet (the style that worked for me) I recommend also popping over to the website. For most people who are dealing with a chronic illness or health issue, I would advise following the Whole30 for a whole 60-90 days before reintroducing foods.
