Not only is this a well produced podcast, the host is big hearted, sincere, curious, and let's his guests have the stage. This episode is one of my favorites. Featuring Lierre Keith, the author of The Vegetarian Myth: Food, Justice, and Sustainability, this interview is fabulous for anyone who is implementing or considering a vegan or vegetarian diet, either for the intention of better health or to help the environment. Also it is excellent for anyone currently eating vegan or vegetarian and experiencing any kind of health issues.
