I have this incredibly strong desire. I've had it my entire life, even as young as 7 or 8 years old I remember feeling this desire, this need. What I have felt my entire life is the desire for people around me, people in the world, to experience less suffering.

Necessary suffering is inevitable. If we love, we suffer. If we care, we suffer. If we are paying attention at all, we suffer. This suffering is necessary because it compels us to grow, and in that growth it inherently generates the effect of change. We evolve, because we suffer.

But, what I am the most interested in, is the unnecessary suffering I watch people go through every single day. I see it hanging on people at the grocery store, getting gas, playing with their kids at the park, on evening walks. I see it on my patients. It is the kind of suffering that gets in the way of progress, of change, even. And, in my opinion most tragically, in the way of hope.

I want liberation. I want freedom. I want an end to suffering. I want to help you achieve this, to get out of your own way, and possibly figure out why you got in your own way to begin with. An insider tip- it is VERY RARE one gets to learn the "why" of it all at the outset. It reveals itself at the perfect moment once the work is underway, or sometimes even completed.

One thing in life is absolutely guaranteed- it will come to an end. I just do not believe we need to suffer so much along the path to that destination. I would love to help create a journey with you that is worth your life.

Here To Help You Help Yourself

Most people walking around are suffering in some way. Be it emotional, spiritual, or physical many of us are is some type of pain.

Much of the pain we are experiencing on the whole, at it root, is based in confusion.

"Why is this happening to me?"

"What is going on?"

"What should I do about this?"

"How can I get this to end?"

Human beings love to KNOW. When we feel like we don't know it is easy for us to feel scared, hurt, confused, and vulnerable.

Conversely, the amount of information available at our fingertips is staggering. Many people are under the influence of information overload, saturated with the ideas and opinions of others. This saturation leads to people becoming paralyzed with option overload.

I have over 25 years of experience working with people in various fields of healthcare. Over those 25+ years I have developed a keen ability to assimilate information and distill it down to what is actually helpful and useful. This website is my forum to share these distillations in the sincere hope there will be something you might take away and find useful and helpful for yourself.
